EREVO is an AI-powered virtual receptionist service that:

• Answers incoming phone calls using artificial intelligence
• Processes and routes calls based on your business rules
• Provides call transcripts and analytics through a secure dashboard
• Stores call data securely and confidentially

Privacy Commitment: All calls are processed with end-to-end encryption, and call data is stored securely with strict access controls. We do not share your call content with third parties except as required by law.

As a user of EREVO, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use the Service to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of call data
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

We take call privacy and security seriously:

• Encryption: All calls are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols (AES-256, TLS 1.3).
• Access Control: Only authorized users you designate can access your call data. Our employees cannot access your calls without explicit permission for support purposes.
• Data Retention: You control how long your call data is retained. You can delete recordings and transcripts at any time through your dashboard.
• No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not share, sell, or rent your call content to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
• Compliance: We comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy regulations.

You may not use EREVO to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

Violation Consequences: Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action if necessary.

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Service
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by EREVO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your call data and content. By using the Service, you grant EREVO a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service
• Update features and functionality to improve the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• EREVO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before permanent deletion
